Please what are the differences between ESO CREO AND CREO QUE??

Eso creo ( I think so)
Creo que sí (I think it is- closed)
Creo que no (I think it is not-closed)
The "that" in the English translations performs grammatically different functions.
Eso creo is a complete sentence that is understandable. I believe that [to be true].
Creo que is an incomplete sentence. I believe that (but what do you believe?)
To be complete, ie: Creo que va a nevar .... I believe it's going to snow.
