After seeing Dakie's response, here is the best answer I know.

If you want to say "I have to perform a hearing test"

Tengo que hacer una prueba de audición.

If you want to say "You need a hearing test"

Necesites una prueba de audición.

If you want to say "You need to perform a hearing test"

Necesites hacer una prueba de audición.

but I would not say it that way. I would say "You have to perform a hearing test"

Tienes que hacer una prueba de audición.

Please correct my grammar if this is not correct.

Hope that helps!

Dakie, I found several other names, but this is probably the most accurate. - 0066c384, Jan 12, 2011
