The word "fioca" is slang. Means "pimp" in some countries of South América. There, this term is also used for someone who is supported by women, and can also mean a well dressed man.

Pimp sounds like a reasonable definition to me since he's also calling him(the subject of the poem) "mi amigo inconfesable" which to me means "my shameful friend".

fioca is someone who does not like to earn a living.

It´s also a slang word for pimp. A variant for cafiolo.

In that poem, referring to Ezra Pound.

Mmm, well, actually I read the Poem and in the context that It says there You could think that "fioca" is the name of the "Viejo", but It's written with lower case so I suppose that It's not a name, then I went to RAE where they say the word doesn't exists. Finally I can accept that the word sounds familiar to me but used in a slang, I don't remember In what way but It sounds familiar to me. I guess all this explanation is meaningless because I didn't explained you the meaning of the word but at least I told you that the word doesn't exist as It is in the Dictionary.
