When I say "I wnat to wash" in Spanish, what would I say?
"Quiero lavar."
"Quiero lavo."

The second verb is not conjugated.

Yes , I totally agree with Heidi, however, it depends on the thing you want to wash.
If you want to wash your hands: "Quiero lavarme las manos."
But if you want to wash a thing, for example a box that is dirty, you wouldn't say lavarme which is reflexive. : "Quiero lavar esa caja sucia."
