None of those answers look correct. ¿Qué hay?" is another way to say ¿Qué hubo?" and it means ¿Qué hay de nuevo?". What's up, what's new. Maybe "nada", but "de nada" means thanks.

Possibly they mean "¿Qué tal?" ???? I have never heard of "¿Qué hay? in the sense you are using it. Yet I have not heard of a lot of things... Lol
