How would you translate "cable TV system outage"?

I am trying to tell a Spanish speaking technician that he has a system outage in an area he is responsible for. We work for a cable company and our customers' TV's, Internet, and Phone lines will be affected. How do I say, in Spanish: "You have a system outage in the (blank) area". Thanks so much for your help! grin

This is not going to be a literally translation, but this is as close as I can get it:

No funciona el sistema (de televisón, de Internet y de teléfono)* en el área de (blank).

If you are trying to say more than one system does not work then it will be:

No funcionan los sistemas de (see above) en el área de (blank).

Welcome to the forum and feel free to use the dictionary to look up some words if you are having trouble translating an idea.

I hope this helps!

Va a ser un apagon en el servicio. There is going to be a cut in the supply.

Maybe servicios interrumpidos or corte del suministro. Just as an idea!
