Going to Valencia - anything interesting?

I'm going to Valencia in June. Is there anything, anyone has found of real interest to do or see, thats's off the beaten track? something none touristy.
Maybe a Restaurant? Place of beauty? Food n Drink markets? or some local activity or sport to try?

Lladró factory tour is nice. Barcelona is just a hop, skip and a Train ride away. Tons to see in Barcelona.
