No haces would mean you don't do it. No lo hagas is imperative and indeed means don't (you) do it. You can add exclamation marks to add emphasis - ¡No lo hagas! Whilst you can say ¡Hazlo! - Do it!, you cannot say ¡No hagaslo! - afowen, Jan 10, 2011
I am sorry, Nick - your interpretation is not correct. The correct way to give the command "don't do it" is "¡no lo hagas!", or "¡no hagas eso!" - Gekkosan, Jan 10, 2011
