What does the word 'Flow' mean spoken by a dominican? Thank you in advance.

I have heard the word flow used in Cuban and Puerto Rican Spanish before. Usually the context I heard it in was referring to music, such as the flow of the lyrics, or the flow of the beat etc. I'm not sure if this is the same in the Dominican Republic or if it might have other meanings.

Try Urban Dictionary. There are pages of definitions of 'flow', many seem to be about the hair of (field) hockey and lacrosse players but you may find something, I didn't get to the end...
