Expression of Doubt

Question

How would you translate :

It is doubtful that anyone or anything can stop her from helping others.

Would you say:

Es dudoso que cualquier cosa ni cualquier persona puede pararla de ayudar otras.

Also, when I had trouble with the subjunctive, I used to go to "google en español" and, for example, type something like "es dudoso que" and watch autocomplete give me some phrase; then I would know if subjunctive was required. To borrow from "Breaking Out of Beginner's Spanish", subjunctives are often for things that don't belong in your personal "factbook." "es dudoso que", then, qualifies as subjunctive.
