Most probably the adjective...

Cansar - cansada

Or cansado for masculine subjects


jubilar - jubilado congelar - congelado

You're discussing the past particliple of the verb being used as an adjective. Chulada in our dictionary is a noun. - 0074b507, Jan 10, 2011
