What are the levels when you design your own flash card set?

Hi marcia welcome to the forum. 
Well, if you are going to create a medical terms' flashcards, it'll be difficult for almost all of us. 
If you are going to create ones for animals for example ( which we must already have) that'll be easy. Good luck!

I mark my new ones as Medium. That's because if I already know them I think they're easy, and if they're hard I wouldn't have understood them well enough to put them in my flashcards.
Seriously, it's just personal preference. There's no rule about it.
