The spelling looks OK, but I'm not to sure about the word order.
Mi resolución del año nuevo
or perhaps,
Mi resolución para el año nuevo
By the way, there is no reason to put a period at the end. This is a phrase or incomplete sentence so no period is needed.
Googling I see many threads without the definite article and about as many say Año Nuevo as do Nuevo Año. (the el would depend on whether you are trying to say My New Years Day resolution or My resolution for the new year.)
