Is this a gramatically correct sentence?
This is a seperate sentence, i am just required to put the right conjegation of gustar.
Does the "o" have to have an accent?

No. It would be "Me gusta ir al cine."
It would mean that "I like going to the movies", but literally it means "Going to the movies pleases me." so the verb ending has to be third-person to agree with "going to the movies".

Depends on the context. Me gustaba ir al cine may be more correct.
