Tí means you and is used after most prepositions (like por, para, de, etc.).

Esto es para tí. (This is for you)

Tú means you and is used as the subject of the sentence (the one doing the action).

Tú hablas español bien. (You speak Spanish well.)

But remember, subject pronouns are used only in special cases.

Te means you and is used as either the direct object (the one receiving the action) or the indirect object (the one receiving the direct object).

Te lo daré. (I will give you it) (example of indirect object)

Te amo. (I love you) (example of direct object).

All of these types of "you" are familiar or informal, meaning you would use them when addressing people with whom you are very familiar or informal (i.e., people you would NOT address as sir or ma'am).
