I think this is correct but please wait for confirmation from a native speaker like Lazarus, Heidita, Billstor, Mediterunio or Gekkosan etc..

No sé hasta qué punto hablaba = I don't know to what extent he talked about (as in used to talk about)

No sé hasta qué punto bablo = I don't know to what extent he talked about ( as in talked only once/on one occasion about....)

No sé cuanto decia = I don't know how much he was saying

No sé cuanto dijo = I don'y know how much he said

Hmmm/// never heard punto like that, what about hasta qué medida? I always think medida for extent. Gracias.
