It is just a guess because I could not find a word "Ixcoyense" but here is my guess.
In guatamala there is an area called San Juan Ixcoy, in Huehuetenango.
I suspect the people from there are called "Ixcoyense".
I suspect the Tienda you saw sells items (perhaps craft products) from the Ixcoyense from San Juan Ixcoy.
Is it possible??
