Can someone please translate this into English? It would be much appreciated...
The translater shows "I miss you little thing" - but this doesn't make sense.... can someone please correct....

Well... that's exactly what it means. I guess you could translate "cosita" as "sweetie" or something like that, instead of the more literal "little thing".
