What is the south american fruit called "caja"?

I sell drink crystals, and have just received a new flavour from Brazil called Caja, with an accent over the last a in the portuguese. The spanish translation is given as Caja, as is the English. Its a small yellow fruit with a smooth skin of the texture of a plum.
