How do you say ¨to cover something¨?
Can you use cubrir when you want to say you have already gone over a chapter in a book? In English we could say we have already covered the material in chapter 3. I know repasar and examinar would make sense. But is cubrir ever used in this sense?

A colleague of mine from Honduras uses "cubrir" to refer to covering curricular material, such as a chapter in a book.
maybe use hacer, such as already done this
