no soy adivino would be the most common way to express that idea.
Also, no tengo la bola de cristal (para saber lo que estás pensando is implied in this expression)

I don't think there's a direct equivalent in Spanish Jeezle, could you use 'telépatas'? Or if not you might just have to say the whole thing - No sé leer tu mente or no puedo ...
