Welcome to the forum Maritz. As Med pointed out please remember to use proper grammar when posting and that means capitalization and punctuation. If you can be more specific I'm sure there are people here including myself who would be willing to help.

There will be a technical support phone number that you can call to get help. As far as I know every brand of computer has a help center that can be called when setting up a system.
