How does the story end? It's qué here and not como right? Or are they both OK? Gracias.

¿Qué concluye la historia? Could mean "what did the story conclude?"

¿Cómo concluye la historia? Could mean "How did the story conclude/end?"

The context of what you want to ask will determine the choice of words that you would use.

"Las historias concluyen con/en...", which indicates manner, therefore you'd expect to hear/read "¿Cómo concluye la historia?"

"¿Qué concluye la historia?" would be "¿What does history finish?"
