Spanish usage - can you check this please

Hi everyone, over the last couple of days I have been revising:

  • direct and indirect object pronouns
  • present perfect
  • present subjunctive

among other things.

(I know my brain hurts)

So, I have had a go at composing a sentence all of my own using the above grammatical elements. Could you correct and give feedback on it please?

I want to say: "Your present, the one that I have bought you for your birthday, I hope that you will like it."

Thanks in advance!

There is no need for a lo in the last part. T think his looks fine other than that, but I'd say:

I think El regalo would be better there.
