Would this be "no te importa a él"? That's what it sounds like they are saying in this show. So, "no me importa a tí" and "no te importa a mí" would also work then? Gracias.

Edit: No te importa nada - You don't care about anything. Good? Gracias.

It could mean that but I think it could mean "Pay no attention to him! He doesn't matter! or Don't worry about him!"

I could be wrong of course

¿Por qué utilizaste el "a" personal en la última oración? ¿No crees que deba ser "No te importa nada"? I think your first two translations are spot on.
