Tratamiento is more like a treatment for a disease. . ."Doctor, doctor, tell me please. . ."

It is better this way: "Me encantan las sorpresas, pero tu eres mi mejor regalo". I don't think there is a direct translation for treat, but in this case applies the word "regalo". Another way to use is: Treat me well!= "Tratame bien!", so it depends how you use it. For the word "Tratar", in spanish you can find more than one meaning: 1. "Voy a tratar de aprender"= I am going to try to learn.., meaning "to try" 2. "Debes de trata bien a tu mascota"= You must treat well your pet..., meaning "to treat"

Last, "tratamiento", in spansih this word is more commonly used to enounce treatment, i.e: "El tratamiento medico"= the medical treatment.
