Ahhh, stuff I have learned from listening to Spanish rock. In this case, thanks to Estopa's song Gulere gulere, I believe that in Spain, at least, un canutillo is the same as un porro--a marijuana cigarette or joint.
Having said that, Estopa uses the term luna lunera--I can't figure out what that is. Anyone?

I found one definition
"pequeño canuto de vidrío que se emplea en trabajos de pasamanería".
I have never heard this word used in health care, but there's always a first time!
