It may be the noun wish or desire, or it may be the first person present indicative of desear; I wish, I want, I desire. Context always helps.

That's the problem, we need context. Sabor is right. It could be "I wish" or in a different context "desire". It could even be "I long for". Give us a sentence where it is in context
