Lola se entusiasma
Is this a complete sentence? Lola gets excited? What about she gets excited about sports, Lola se entusiasma con los deportes? Gracias.

Yes, "Lola se entusiasma." is a complete sentence. Lola gets excited (filled w/enthusiasm). "Lola se entusiasma con los deportes." sounds right to me.
I wonder if there is a difference between "emocionarse" and "entusiasmarse". I've heard "emocionarse" more often.
It is grammatically correct, but if one day, all of a sudden you say "Lola se entusiasma", no one will understand you. "Se entusiasma con qué" would be the first question you'll get, and then "¿Por qué?" In this sense, the question sounds very incomplete, because without a context, the verb really demands a "...con [whatever]". With a context, that prepositional adjunct (... con [whatever]) can be perfectly omitted.
