Line between camisa and camiseta

What is the dividing line between camisa and camiseta (NOT definition)? Please give examples, like "Almost any button-down is a camisa", "Anything you wouldn't want to run in is a camisa", "A polo shirt is a type of camiseta", etc. (I don't know if those are true or not! 
)

camisa = formal shirt / long sleeve
camiseta = short sleeve
camisa: button down formal dress shirt long sleeve polos
camiseta: hawaiian shirt t-shirts
