Hacer vs Tener when using frío.

Question

Tengo frío. I'm cold.

Hace frío. It's cold. (the weather).

How do I say: "is your room cold?"

Hace frío en tu cuarto? Hace frío tu cuarto? Tu cuarto tiene frío? Tu cuarto esta frío?

Similarly, how would you say: "does your house have heat?" I'm not sure of the verb, or the best word for 'heat'.

It is still the ambiente temperature but inside the room, so you must say Hace frío en el cuarto. If you are describing the kind of room, then you can say Es un cuarto fío.

Joyce is right about the heat question. Or you can say ¿Hay calefacción en tu casa? or ¿Tiene calefacción tu casa? or ¿Trae calefacción tu casa? etc.

¿Está fría tu habitación?

¿Tu habitación está fría?

¿Hace frío en tu habitación?

I think all this forms are correct.
