How can one not like spaghetti? By itself, it has very little taste (hardly enough to be offensive to anyone). On the other hand, there are dozens/scores of sauces that one can put on spaghetti and that contribute about 98% of the taste (and vary wildly in their tastes).

Well, that's too bad, I rather enjoy spaghetti, as long as the sauce doesn't have sugar in it, that ruins it in my opinion.
