"Si cabe" vs. "Si posible"

I came across the expression "Si cabe" today, and from what I could find out, it means "if possible". I had always heard "Si posible" up until now. Are these expressions interchangeable?

Si cabe could have other meanings like "if it fits..."; "if it is applicable...", etc. See the dictionary for examples of caber="ser posible".

The meaning of si cabe depends on context.
