Edit, how can I see it?
I see questions that have been ''edited"' by the senior members, I do not see the edits . How would one recognize the edits? The edits made by Heidita are in bold type, the edits of others do not seem to appear in this form.

- As I understand your question it is essentially this:
"How would one recognize ... edits?"
As I see it, you already know when a question or answer has been edited because you will see the Avatar and name of the editor in the box beside the name of the author.
The question has to be how can you compare the original entry with the latest entry to see what the details of the changes are so you can better trace the original entry to its latest format.
The short answer is that you most often cannot do that. Unless the editor has used, for example, a
strikethroughformat, bolding, italics or different colours you will not be able to make such a comparison.But there is hope. Once you have got your reputation points up to 2,000 you will be able to open question and answer windows by clicking on the edit button of that window. I can see that you already know how to do this in your own question window and you will be able to do it with the windows of other members when your reputation points are at 2000.
Once you open a window to look inside the box, all the changes are revealed and you will then be able to track changes. If you make no changes within an open window and simply use the back button on your mouse to get out of the open window and close it behind you, you will not cause any change in the window you opened.
There once was an effort to have editors leave an audit trail of their editorial changes by using the strikethrough format but it seems to have fallen fairly quickly into disuse.
To edit one's own comment on SpanishDict is like using a big, friendly eraser to remove errors, typos, or to add examples or further explanation in order to clarify a point. In other words, I use it to wash away my sins. 
I wish more people would proofread and then edit. I often feel sorry for the person whose question is only accepted after one of our gatekeepers edits for spelling, punctuation, grammar, etc. only to have the question answered with those same faults. It happened recently. The answer consisted of four sentences. There was no capitalization and only two periods. A reminder is often added that many of our members are here to learn English. For that we need to have a special flag to warn English learners to be cautious when using such an answer for an example of English.
I see that I need to edit now because you are asking specifically about edits made to the writing of us lower life forms by our senior members.

Heidita usually bolds any changes she makes, it's not something that the site does for her and most people do not do this.
Once you have got your reputation points up to 2,000 you will be able to open question and answer windows by clicking on the edit button of that window.
You can already do this with your own questions: if you click on edit you will be able to open the question, and if someone has already edited your question you will see the edits in green unless all that was edited was the title or the category in which case it will look the same.
However, if you want to look at edits made in other posts that are not your own, click on history and you'll be able to see the revision history .

You could click "edit" yourself, and then see past revisions.
Other than that, I do not know.
