I put this in the translator and it said it was accurate but I want to know from you guys if this is a legal / common phrase to use for "feel better".

When wishing someone to feel better, we usually don't use the imperative but as a wish or hope, ie: Espero que te sientas mejor / que te sientas mejor / espero que te mejores / que te mejores.
