i am mixing a spray solution with spanish instructions on the bottle. i understand all but the "ha" part above: is that an abbreviation? i believe it means the liter to tablespoon ratio, but "ha" is confusing me. i want to get this right. thanks.

Could you please provide some additional context? - 0066c384, Dec 28, 2010
i realize now alex is right: label refers to large-scale (liter/hectare) application. doh! - expatpat, Dec 28, 2010
You mean you saw 'Lt' used as an abbreviation of 'litre'? That's not really the correct abbreviation of it.. It should be 'L' or 'l' . - bill1111, Dec 28, 2010
on the container is reads as above, in my question: 'Lt/ha' and below that are the recommmended amounts - expatpat, Dec 28, 2010
i'm in mexico, using a mexican product, if that makes any difference. - expatpat, Dec 28, 2010

What are you spraying, crops? If so it will likely be hectare. As in litre per hectare (litros por hectáreas).

oops, you're right; i have a 4L container of 'faena' (roundup) for patio and driveway weeds, i'll have to check further for small 'dosis' mix ratio. thank you! - expatpat, Dec 28, 2010
Don't breath that stuff in! - afowen, Dec 28, 2010
i know; i use it very sparingly, only once a year on my stone patio and driveway. - expatpat, Dec 28, 2010

"ha" can represent the unit of measure "Hectare". It represents an area of 10,000 square meters.

It does not make sense in this context.
