Reflexive pronouns help
For this sentence: “he will be waiting for you when you come” Here’s what I have: El estará esperando para usted cuando llega. Is there a ‘le’ or some type of reflexive thing in there? What is the correct translation? Many thanks ? Also, this is kinda the same thing: to say, “The boys will be waiting to take you to the movies”, I have “Los muchachos estarán esperando para tomar(le?) a usted a las peliculas”. Is there a le? Is the rest of it right?

El estará esperando para usted cuando llega
You could say Él le estará esperando cuando llegue" but that's kinda clanky.
Él le esperará cuando llegue.
You need the subjunctive for llegar because it's not known when (or if) you are actually coming.
To really specify who the is coming in this sentence, (as you have) I think it would be
Él le esperará a usted cuando llegue.
Also, there is nothing reflexive in this sentence.
El estará esperando para usted cuando llega
You have to say "Él le estará esperando (a usted) cuando llegue" (or "Él estará esperándole..."). The suggestion "Él le esperará cuando llegue" has a different meaning: the other person will start to wait for you when you arrive, which makes little sense. By the way, "usted" is very formal.
Also, this is kinda the same thing: to say, “The boys will be waiting to take you to the movies”, I have “Los muchachos estarán esperando para tomar(le?) a usted a las peliculas”. Is there a le? Is the rest of it right?
I don't know whether any natives anywhere say "tomarle a las películas", but to me it sounds wrong. I'd say “Los muchachos le estarán esperando para llevarle (a usted) al cine.” Again, it sounds very formal.
There is nothing reflexive (why is everybody so obsessed with reflexive pronouns?), unless you wait for yourself or you take yourself to the movies.
