Passive voice help
To say, "The city is located in Canada", would you use passive voice for that? (La ciudad es localizada en Canada") or would you just say "la ciudad está localizada en Canada"?

"la ciudad está localizada en Canada" is the correct sentence, however, this is not passive voice.
"La ciudad es localizada en Canadá" is a passive of action: someone not mentioned locates (or is locating) the city in Canada.
"La ciudad está localizada en Canadá" can be a passive of result if someone not mentioned has already located the city, but the most common interpretation is not passive in Spanish, but simply "the city is located".
