How do you say “Do you (Ud form) like adventure?” in Spanish? So, without using 'te', because I need the Ud form.

Also: How do you say, “Our friendly staff will help guide you on the trip”? This is what I have so far: “Nuestro personal agradable ayudará a dirigirle en el viaje”. Not sure if it’s right, especially the ‘a’ and the ‘le’.

Since you asked specifically for Uds. (2nd person, plural, formal), then change the Te to Les and the le in Dakie's answer to les. ( I'm confused by the use of Te for you in the first sentence and le in the 2nd)

You should try the first one, anyway: Do you like adventure? = ¿Te gusta la aventura? The second one it's just perfect although rather than dirigirle I would say guiarle and rather than agradable I would say amigable: “Nuestro personal amigable ayudará a guiarle en el viaje”

¿ te gusta la aventura? is what we would recognize.

Since friendly means "amistoso (a)“ ''Nuestro amistoso personal ayudará a dirigirle en el viaje'' seems to fit better
