If someone said "¿Nos gusta comprar los videojuegos?" Would you respond like "Sí, nos gusta comprar los videojuegos."? In other words, do you keep the "nos," or change it to either "me, te, le, os, or les?" I am a little confused on how this works. Any help would be appreciated.

One way of thinking about the verb gustar that I find very useful:
Don't think of gustar in terms of 'to like', that easily leads to confusion. You do not like things in Spanish, things please you. First change your sentence then translate.
I like cheese. Cheese pleases me. Me gusta el queso.
Above you have: 'Do we like to buy video games?' - Does buying video games please us. 'Yes, buying video games pleases us' - Yes, we like buying video games.

Even though what you have written above is correct, you are unlikely ever to say it.
A conversation such as that follows is more like to occur:
Would you like to buy a video game? - Would buying a video game please you? ¿Te gustaría comprar un videojuego? - tú, or ¿Les gustaría comprar un videojuego? - ustedes
Si, me gustaría comprar un videojuego. - Yes, buying a video game would please me. Or, Si, nos gustaría comprar un videojuego. - Yes, buying a viedo game would please us.
Also, keep in mind that os is rarely used in latin american spanish except where vos is used and then primarily only in written communications.
I would say:
Sí, me gustan también. Which is I like them too but if you are referring simply to buying them I would follow you and say:
Sí, me gusta también.
or simply:
Yo también.
The sentence "¿Nos gusta comprar los videojuegos?" sounds as strange as "Do we like buying the videogames?", unless you know what is meant by "THE videogames"; otherwise you'd say "¿Nos gusta comprar videojuegos?"

That depends on who do you mean by "us". If you are included, you'd say "We like..." (Nos gusta...), but if you are not included in the group, you'd say "You (guys) like..." (Os gusta... / Les gusta...) People keep asking what is the "correct" word, and I keep asking what do you mean by correct? What do YOU want to say? "Nos" is correct for "we", "Les" is correct for "you guys", and so on and so forth. There are no correct words. One word is used instead of another because you want to express one thing instead of another, so tell us what do YOU want to say, and we'll tell you which word will express that, because otherwise there are virtually unlimited options, all of them correct.
