How do I ask for my friend's phone number in Spanish? Her sister does not understand English and I need her sister's number.

Ask the sister,
"¿Cuál es el número de móvil de tu hermana?", or "¿Cuál es el número de teléfono de tu hermana?"
If the sister doesn´t know you and asks who you are, say
"Soy amiga de ella".
