The mayúscula means capital letter, upper-case letter. And the minúscula means small letter, lower-case letter.

So mayúscula means capital letter like A,B,C,D. And the minúscula means small letter like a,b,c,d, opposite from mayúscula.

So you can understand diffrences between two with that example.
