Anytime I see gummy bears, I always think of the old cartoon song: Gummi Bears, rebotando aquí y allá y en todas partes! (bouncing here and there and everywhere!)

Gummy bear in Spanish seems to be "oso gomoso" and if yoiu need the plural, then of course it is "osos gomosos ."
