the 7 principle uses of the subjunctive?

This sounds like a test question.

I can´t say that I´ve ever counted the amount of uses.

You may want to consider changing teachers.

¡Hola!, Waheed:

You will find the Span¡shD!ct information in our reference section and in the Video Lessons. They are found here:

Reference Pages ----> The Subjunctive Mood

Video Lesson ----> When to Use the Subjunctive.

I think this is the material you want and that it will answer your questions about the subjunctive.

Muchos saludos/Best regards

Check some of the video lessons on this site. They are very helpful. I believe the lesson are in Learn Spanish 2, 3, and 4. Lesson 2.15, 3.1, and 3.11 might help. They take about 10 minutes each to watch.

From this page, go to "Learn Spanish", then "Learn Spanish 2". You can start with 2.15.

I hope this helps.

Formed by adding the appropriate (depending on the person and number of the subject) to the (possibly modified) stem of the verb. The principle use is for cases in which you don't want to make a declaration.
