Question on the subjunctive
I think this is right, and probably basic as far as the subjunctive goes, but just before I start using it can someone please confirm that:
If you begin a sentence with a negative statement and there's a change of subject following 'que', then the second part of the sentence should in the subjunctive, - even though the subject are not necessarily both people. Clear as mud? lol, here's an example ![]()
No hay nada en esta tienda que quiera.
There's nothing in this shop that I want.

Yes, the second part of the sentence should be in subjunctive. Your example is a bit odd, this is more frequent:
"No hay nada en esta tienda que me interese"
