Can we meet before the weekend?
How to ask "Can we meet before the weekend?"?
I do use the Google Translator regularly and while it's really helpful when I want to understand some Spanish sentences, I'm not sure I can rely on it when I want to use its English-to-Spanish translations in the real word.
For example:
"Can we meet before Wednesday?" (En->Es) "¿Podemos cumplir antes del miércoles?" (Es->En) "Can we meet before Wednesday?"
"Can we meet before the weekend?" (En->Es) "Puede que nos encontremos ante el fin de semana?" (Es->En) "We may find ourselves at the weekend?"
So would you trust it?

I will say the same thing:
Have you tried this websites translator? The number of times we get people here asking for simple translations is amazing.....we are not a translation service, so please can you try translating it and then provide us with what you've got....and then we can help you learn properly.
Thank you. ![]()
My teacher has just told me that it should be like this:
¿Podemos encontrarnos antes del fin de semana?
If it's not an extremely formal situation, you can also say ¿Qué tal si nos encontremos antes del fin de semana?
And to avoid any possible confusion, you can also say ....próximo fin de semana.
Sorry about my earlier answer. I assumed that you hadn't bothered to translate the sentence and were just getting others to translate it for you, but now that you've shown me that you've actually tried (I just get so annoyed sometimes when people post asking for translations, when they haven't tried themselves), I'll do my best to help you.
I think you'd be best off using the verb 'encontrarse' in its reflexive form. Perhaps this is the answer:
¿Podemos que nos encontramos antes del fin de semana?
