Would one simply say queso azul for blue cheese, or is there another term commonly used?

(Okay, in reality, I just made a delicious salad with chicken, apples, dried cranberries, toasted pecans, blue cheese, pomegranate dressing, and mixed greens, and I'd really like to relay all of that to a Spanish speaker!)

"Queso azul" is frequently used but there are several blue cheeses in the Spanish cuisine.
