Yo puedo hablar un poco espanol y estoy cada vez mejor el paso del tiempo. I can speak a little Spanish and i am getting better all the time.

Seeing as the translator doesn't quite get it right I'll give you a hand 
Puedo hablar un poco de español y estoy mejorando todo el tiempo.
(One tip - don't get caught using personal pronouns around here (yo etc) unless you really need to - 'puedo' can only mean 'I can' so there's no need for the 'yo' and it will send you straight to the dunce corner if anyone in charge notices lol)
