I have traded in Latin American countries for 30 years. My job required ability to speak Spanish thus the reason for wanting to learn this language.

I started really studying one day about 2 years ago as a hobby and I haven't stopped since. In my life it just really makes sense. At my work more than half the people speak Spanish. Also, my brother in-law is from Perú so I'm around a lot of people that speak Spanish. More than anything I just love learning the language and that way it challenges you mentally. Right now I'm working on my degree and hope to travel abroad within the next year.
