comó se dice "I can't help but......" en español ? los diccionarios en la Net me dan"no puedo dejar de......" es correcto? quiero hacer un frase como"I can't help but quit." gracias!

The problem is that "Can't help but" means different things in different contexts--can't stop myself from, can't avoid, can't stop, can't do less than, have to, need to, etc.--and these don't all translate to the same phrase in Spanish.

I think I'm beginning to understand why Lazarus emphasizes learning complete sentences rather than words and phrases.

Ok so that says "No tengo más remedio que......." means I can't help but, ..... but I wonder if you could say "No tengo otro remedio que" for it, and also, it does seem like "no puede dejar de......." means I can't help but........ (I can't stop from) so I wonder if that's correct Spanish there.
